It would take as long as it takes for a Vladimir , Warwick , MasterYi , Olaf , Fiddlesticks , DrMundo , Aatrox , Nami , or Soraka , to be in a game. Those items are meant to stop these champs from being able to really do anything since they just pop if they dont have their healing.

yeah but with 3 of these champs i still get ad teammates not rush it and complain that he can't kill the fed draven
