so the new "potential fix" didnt work i kicked ass in my 11th game, and i didnt get replaced im still in bronze 4 i dont know how i ended up in bronze 4 please tell me what i need to do go get replaced

Don't play flex queue. Just wait for solo/duo for one more week. I've only been playing normals because of how bad flex queue is.
