Rune change in Practice Tool

Hey Riot and Community, going to keep this short. With many constant updates to champion stats, it would help save time practicing new runes and masteries if we had the ability to change our masteries while in the practice tool. I am not sure if this is possible due to in game coding or what not, but considering it would be greatly appreciated by more than just myself. Thanks!

Edit: Could also create new tabs in the practice tool to reset rune cooldowns, or have the option to scale up rune passives that scale over time or with kills example: Gathering storm, Ingenious hunter.
