Hec in a really awkward spot. JG thoughts.

Feels like Hec got left in the dust (along with all of ritos loyal playerbase) with all the recent changes. The new jungle doesnt suit him, he can't out damage the early game champs its skewed towards. Not having steraks sucks because building lethality on him leaves him too squishy to survive anything, which spear of shojin would have fixed if it came out... which it wont. Playing him top wouldnt be terrible if the top meta didnt revolve around juggernugs that shove his shit in early on.

O well.
