Zoe might be a little overtuned tbh
Seriously at lvl one Zoe has enough dmg to kill you, Her Q does 200 dmg at lvl 1

It's actually VERY hard to do 200 damage level 1 without her R. Her standard hits at level 1 are closer to 120, and it has a moderate cooldown.
