Critical chance + life steal item

How about a critical chance item with life steal? Maybe a little attack damage?

I feel if there was such an item it would help adcs have more versatile builds.

Don't give it any special abilities.

Just stats, and nothing else, no enhanced damage, no procs, no active abilities. Just stats:

Life steal, critical chance, and maybe damage. 25% critical 25 attack 10% life steal Make those stats unique if you have to, so that people can't buy more than 1 and stack them. Look into throwing in attack speed or cool down reduction(but not necessary)

These are like 2 important stats and riot hasn't paired these two together in a single item.

What the hold up? Balance issues? I'd like to know.

Rune gives you like what 15% . I play graves and I run lifesteal rune and blood thirstier, and depending on things I'll go runaans and static or rapid and the ad energizes item . And always ie

I'm not saying you can't get life steal from other sources. I'm saying you could open up more build paths if there was an item that granted crit and life steal. And give yourself more chance to adapt to the game.

Currently if you wanted to get max crit, and some life steal, it takes up 5 item slots, and normally your 6th is usually boots. Not much room for defense, cool down items, or armor pen.
