For some reason I cant connect to chat. Is this happening to just me or are other people have problems too? I have great internet connection and everything. Whats going on?

its broken after i said probABLY the worst thing imaginable to another human being because they were trying to troll me at champ select by all picking champs they dont know how to play in ranked for the first time ... then i dodged after telling them all something they really needed to hear
