2 Recommended changes that would be pretty sweet

(1) Modifying Rune Pages in Champion Select: What is the reason behind why we cannot build our rune pages in Champion Select? I feel like there is absolutely NO reason why we shouldn't be able to modify these at the last second. Especially with the new competitive changes (10-ban system), you can very easily end up playing a champion that you were not planning on picking, and might not have an optimal Rune page. I understand if this feature is absent because you can purchase the additional Rune pages....but many times have I ended up with less than optimal Runes because of this.

(2) Thresh Rework: I don't know if I would quite call it a "rework", only because it is actually just one very subtle change that I would like to see. I think Thresh is a great champion, with an amazing kit. And beyond that, he is a very entertaining champion to play and spectate. However, in Pro-Play he is rarely drafted by teams because his hook is easily dodged by top caliber players. I think this is in large part due to the delay in the cast of his hook -- the wind up. I think this could be easily countered by making his Q sort of like a "Negative Edge" type of cast, where if you hold down Q, it will charge his wind up, and then upon release, it will throw the hook instantly (almost like a Blitzcrank hook -- with no delay). While holding down the Q, you would also be able to move the direction of where you will be throwing the hook, and possibly even walk around. I think this would be a very strong change because it would take the predictive element of Thresh away, and make it more of a true "Skill Shot" type of ability. I also believe this would be an upgrade to his kit, bringing it to the point where he would be significantly more viable in Pro-Play. And just to restate, I think Thresh is a great champion in terms of bringing action and carry-ability to the Support position -- which is great for spectators, and Riot alike, since it is making the games more enjoyable. And on top of all of this...as a programmer, this seems like a relatively easy to implement change :)

So being realistic....maybe the rework to Thresh isn't something we will all agree with me on, but I think most people would agree that there is NO reason not to add the ability to modify Rune Pages in Champion Select. So while I firmly believe that both of these changes would be great, not only for myself as a Support Main, but for the game and community as a whole! If you (Riot) do end up making these changes, I'd appreciate a shout-out I.E. "We receive some amazing feedback from Taylor {aka Slappn.....ok, maybe you can just mention my real name 0:) XD }

Thank you for your time and consideration! Also interested in hearing what the community thinks about this!?!?! Slaps

For the rune thing, they want us to spend ip/rp on runepages, so they wont let us edit them

You can't modify them for that exact reason, because it would take some skill out of matchups and put more into runepages. It would be extremely unfair to get to counterpick someone then get the chance to stack your runepage against them too. If you don't have an optimal runepage for an unexpected pick, then that is something that you will have to deal with instead of relying on riot just to make it too easy. Runepages aren't everything anyways. You can still have an optimal runepage and still get shit on.
