Ping Bar.

yo riot i was wondering if you could incorporate the ping bar into the main menu. It might not affect many players who have decent internet connections, but to those (like me) who have pretty crappy internet it will help a lot. i was think it could help as an indicator to see if you should join a game or not. knowing if your going to have 500 ping before the game will help a lot.
