Someone explain this to me please

Can someone explain to me why URF, Riot's greatest idea since the creation of the game, is the rarest sight in the game? URf is indisputably the community's favorite game mode. No, not 100% of the community enjoy URF, nor is it everyone's favorite, but it's just as much a game mode as Ascension, Legend of the Poro King, and the abomination that is, Nexus Siege. Why must it be rare in the rotating game modes? Not to mention that when it is seen, as seldom as that even is, it's manipulated into something far less enjoyable, ARURF. I understand the point of ARURF, increase the diversity of champions played in URF, but it's not the real deal. I'm not like a lot of people and desire to have URF permanently available, it would eventually become as dull as that game mode that was removed, I can't even recall the name of it. I just can't comprehend why Riot isn't fair enough to keep URF in and actually rotate it through the game modes. It's been a year since we've seen actual URF, and how many countless times have I had the availability to queue up for all the other half as enjoyable game modes they came up with? I've probably witnessed about 8-12 weekends of Legend of the Poro King. April 1 2015 was our last regular URF, then we had it April-May 2016 2-4 weekends I don't recall the exact number, and we have seen 2 weekends of the lesser version ARURF, it is now, late May 2017, and we haven't seen URF. Why take something that so much of the community enjoys, and refuse to implement it? It doesn't make sense, Riot is a corporation that develops a game, games are made for entertainment. Riot creates something extremely entertaining to the masses and refuses to give it to us. I don't ask for it always available to queue up as, But I would enjoy having it more often then we currently do, at least as much as we get that garbage of an idea Nexus Siege. Last but not least, why aren't they available to customs? any of the rotating game modes? have any idea how much more fun people had with URF when they can go and battle their friends or have epic 1v1s imagine the fun people could have with other game modes too. But alas riot will ignore this thread as they ignore every thread because it simply does not come from a pro.
