RITO PLZ MAKE MATCHMAKING BETTER

I think there is one thing that isn't right. Riot really needs to step up their play in that they need to make their matchmaking better. It makes me really sad to see when I look at a player's match history and they're 1/10 every game. That doesn't mean they're bad it means that RIot has failed them in matchmaking. I've seen players that are in gold or silver that can easily win against bronzies but completely get wrecked by the competition they're facing up against. Rito plz. Today I played a game in which we had a Poppy go 0/14 but we ended up carrying and winning. She was even intentionally feeding for a time. I looked at her match history and most of her games were around 1/14, one was 2/22. This really makes me sad because this person is just getting matched up against really good players, too good for her and it's entirely Riot's fault. She had a couple bot games in there and they seemed to be about right for her but what was she doing in my ranked game? I was silver 2 straight out of provisionals s4 and didn't play any more games but I think Riot really needs to step up the matchmaking.
