Can i skip a tier?
I am in a 8 win streak right now, and currently in Silver 4 with 17 LP. So i'm wondering, is it possible for me to skip to Silver 2 or Gold. My MMR is 1346.

You can skip a division, so it would be possible for you to jump to silver 2 from silver 4, but it would not be possible to go from silver 4 to gold, nor would it be possible to go from silver 2 to gold.
Cuoco Diavolo2 votesit actually is possible. I was playing on a ranked 3v3 team that was in bronze and when my self and a few friends started playing on it (we are all gold plus) we jumped from bronze 4 to bronze 2 to silver 3 didn't even have to play a series
