Season 7 Jungle too strong early

I think riot should make monsters deal less damage than they do early game since its hard for junglers to farm and then they get far behind by dying to monsters but late game i think they are good and dont need to get changed and also make the jungle give you more xp and dragons give you more gold and baron also, Baron is hard to get so i think when killing baron or rift herrald yoou should get more gold. I am a jungle and mid main and this would help me out alot.
