PLEASE remove Scuttle Crabs from Kindred's passive
Not only do Scuttle Crabs contradict the idea of Kindred's passive, which is to encourage potentially dangerous and difficult counter-jungling (high-risk, high-reward behavior), because Scuttle Crabs are neutral objectives which are often incredibly easy to secure;
but especially the Scuttle Crabs introduce a huge element of RNG into an otherwise largely skilled-based game. Get 4 Scuttles in your first 5 or 6 targets? Stacks aplenty. Don't see a single Scuttle in your first 6 targets? No stacks.
Stacking hinges almost entirely on how many Scuttles you get, and this is annoying in Solo Queue, but I think more importantly, it is incredibly bad for competitive play. At the pro level, we are supposed to be watching to see which is the better team; but when Kindred is in game, all we see is which team gets lucky and which gets unlucky. The idea that luck of this kind plays a huge role in a pro game is more than boring, it's actually infuriating.
