ILLAOI'S ULT
RIOT, I have noticed in may games Illaoi's ultimate isn't viable simply because of the delay it has. It takes way to long and should be instant so he doesn't get countered so easily.

no her q is slow her w is slow her w tentacles are slow her e can be avoidet is a bit annoying when hit but not nearly op her ult is allright its bec everything can be avoidet but her ult is fine
