So in like the past month I believe, I had a few matches where I call jungle first. Then Riot decided to add the new "Wander the jungle Mechanic" Where people wont let you go jungle. But then feed every lane by being the jungler.

Your Rank LP and IP should not just be decided on by loosing the match. Like getting a good KDA, buying wards, and doing individual efforts. So when you loose like 10 LP or like 20 ip, you can get some of it back to make it easier.
