"Buff" for Zac
So, Zac doesn't need a buff.
But he needs this "buff"
I think during his Joke, he should be able to move! Not at full speed, maybe like 20% speed, but I think him bouncing around waiting for monters like that is just what he needs!

They should just make it his default walk cycle.
Doesn't need a buff?! He's practically unplayable unless riot is willing to up his base hp by 1. It's outrageous.

Zac doesn't get his ult until level 6 why tf would you want him to have it before jungle spanws wtf
There should at least be a way to do this, even if it isn't the default setting.
If Riot does this they will earn back my Stash-o-Cash
I think Zac should start with a cinder hulk and rabadons to make him a more viable mid.

The only buff I would give Zac would be for his ult to have tenacity. Which was removed in s2 not sure.
