15 keys, no chests...since...i don't know when
like seriously...i only ever get keys....wtf do i have to do to earn a chest.

Im the complete opposite. 15 chests no keys.
Are you getting "S-" or better on any champs? And if yes, are you still not earning chests?
You or someone in your premade earns an S- or better in a PvP matchmade mode.
Pretty straightforward.

I wish I had your problem. I only get a key frag once every week. drowning in chests.
You or a premade with you, must earn an S- or better on a champion in a PVP match. Also, it cannot be a champion in which you have already earned that grade on as you only earn 1 chest per champion a year.
You must also make sure you have chests available (listed on your Profile) as you can only get 4 a month.
