My opinion on Fiora's Rework..
I don't main Fiora, but I still play her enough to consider her one of my favorite champs out there. I normally don't use the Boards, but this rework got me thinking about trying them out.
I'm just gonna do a quick rundown on how I feel about each of her new abilities.
Duelist’s Dance: I definitely think true damage is a great thing for Fiora, especially since her counter tank capabilities weren't all that good in general. This still makes her early game a decent threat, and her passive is actually noticeable late-game, where as Duelist, late-game didn't make a huge impact.
**Lunge: **This one is kinda nice, this new Lunge enables a bit more mobility on Fiora, considering her CD on Lunge before was 8 seconds max, and required a target. But now can be used without a target, and if it lands on a target it reduces the CD. A pretty sweet buff to her overall mobility.
Riposte: New Riposte earns a round of applause from me. Not only do a lot of people have a "jump scare" reaction with this ability, no matter what was heading towards them, but now it applies either a stun or slow (depending on the CC), and can block a wide range of abilities now.
Bladework: I don't particularly think this one is all that great. 2 auto-attacks, even if applying a slow, and criting, aren't all that effective. But at least they moved her mobility towards other abilities.
Grand Challenge: Wow this one isn't even that great in my opinion. I really did enjoy Blade Waltz, it felt like an Alpha Strike you got to use every 2 minutes or so, but it did a lot of damage. Her new ultimate doesn't really compare as well to her old, especially since you have to position yourself a bit more than you should need to, it seems especially hard to make a full use out of the entire ability, unless you proc all four weak spots, and get most of your team in the aura. But it still is a decent ability.
Anyways that's just my opinion on it, hope you enjoyed reading :)
