The forgotten

I've been playing aatrox since his release, and being the only aatrox main in existance, because nobody ever plays him, i have a single request. Give the forgotten a buff. He was weak when he was released, got a nerf a week later, and has not been touched since, except for getting 2 more skins.

while i don't have any real propositions on how to buff him, i suggest boosting his armor/health per level and at level 1, or lowering his cooldowns on his Q and E abilities, if not atleast making his Q do more damage.
