A setting to disable skins/or atleast particle effect changes

Ive been playing league for a while now and ive noticed that skins and their particle effects have drastically changed. Some skins seem like a completely different champion and it confuses the fuck out of me especially when u cant tell the difference between 2 abilities, for example: Arclight varus Q and R look way too similar. I know that some skins have a completely different model, so disabling them to the default skin would be hard i imagine? But if thats so, then atleast give us an option to disable the particle effects.

This would also benefit:

• the pro scene
• people who have poor vision (like myself cause i have to play in night mode)

Obviously this wont affect skin sales cause it wont disable your skin but just everyone else's (you could even give an option on who u want to disable)

For example, u know how u have those options in tab near the players where u can mute emotes/their chat, well why not add a "hide skin/or particle effects." U still should have the option to hide all particle effects in settings so u dont have to do that every game.

This is an extremely competitive game and riot should do their best to negate as much hindrances as possible.
