Question about Doom Bots

I don't seem to understand the small letter regarding the Teemo icon. Once we win a Doom Bots game we win the icon but, if we forfeit another game do we lose the icon we already won in the previous game??

Can someone clarify this for me? Thanks!

It's not forfeiting. You don't get the icon if you quit the game.
