I feel like Shyvyana's Q is less affective in early game than it was before the 4.13 patch. Her W should also be alotted extra time when in Dragon's Decent because it isn't really that good of an Ult anymore. She's not that fun to play anymore because her Ult isn't as strong.

The ult. That causes you to turn into a DRAGON, isn't that good? Empowers every single ability including your passive? Gives you tons of AoE, AoE, and more AoE? Also acts as a gap-closer, and brings dissplacement/Airborne CC? And causes you to TURN INTO A DRAGON?

They didn't nerf her Q, so I don't know what you mean by that.
The W change sounds more like a bug fix than anything else, and even if it was an intentional nerf, it doesn't hurt her that much.
At max cd and stuff, you can still perma keep your w up so.
I main Shyvana, and I didn't really notice a problem...
