If someone refuses

Ok so alot of games i lose due to someguy constantly split pushing i know its our job as a team to get a tower drake or baron if he does but when you need a 5v5 to finish a game or def and there is nothing to gain from split pushing they still do it after 100x pings and explaining the situation how it works they usualy reply Muted or idc its lose. Can we get a special ping for special boys like that ?
