WHY can't I get champion Points in PvP 3v3? also no draft for 3v3?

I love the 3v3 playstyle. I feel like it is a show of skill just as much as 5v5. Why can't I get champion points for it? Riot disabled Dominion because nobody was playing it, but nobody played it because they got zero rewards for choosing that game mode. Riot, please reward us for other game modes and keep your possibly very versatile game FUN. Don't force me into the stagnant meta of 5v5 all the time. Reward me for dominating in my 3v3! WE NEED REWARDS FOR OTHER GAME MODES. at the very least champion points in 3v3 PvP. That is only fair. Why on earth am I not being acknowledged for winning in a PvP matchup?
