I recently decided to play Evelynn again, to see how the changes effected her. I have to say, she is so much better now. Changes her E to on-hit effects had a much larger impact then I would have thought. Being able to proc 
twice in a row, combined with 
allows you to dish out a disturbing amount of damage in a very short time.
Universal Boop1 votesShe was still pretty powerful late game before the E changes, her early game is pretty rough though which makes it almost not worth playing her. but if she get's ahead it's pretty terrifying
Laughing Fish1 votesHer early game can be troublesome, as even with duel smite she has trouble with jungle creatures those first few levels. But once you reach mid game she turns into a beast.
Universal Boop1 votesI wouldn't mind if they toned down her late game just a tad and made her early game a little easier but considering all riot wants is the op champions to be good perm good and any other champion is just left in the dust, it wont happen

8yVkmwxq0D1 votesShe's definitely not as bad as people think. I still get people who get mad at me for laning with Eve. She is crazy weak in the beginning though. It's just something you have to get through. It REALLY helps if you have a good jungler.
Laughing Fish1 votesYeah, a good jungler helps everything. That's why I almost always play jungle. You feel so heroic when you just walk in out of nowhere and save a lane lol
