Too many broken champs

it seems like whichever team has sett, aphelios or whatever shit, is gonna win 80% of the time. It's not just them, morde, missfortune, nautilus, senna, diana, lee, olaf and more. They are just so much more powerful compared to everyone else and its impossible to ban them all. They really gotta balance the balance team, they dont know what to do. Maybe bring in some pros or challenger players to review each patch
