Updating ''ideas'' for Zonias.

So i have been listening to a lot of Streams and videos of a lot people being fustraited by the Zonias and that stopwatch being introduced. Where you give every champ the ability to get a free Zonias ( plus the discount of actully perchesing Zonias hourglass of 300g). Furthermore it grants so much and even though it's a one time use it's a lot.

Some ideas: A few of the things stopwatch is good for i saving your life, from sources like Zed ult, ignite, or just burst dmg in general. But this is where i sugest that get an extra eftect, That being that while in stasis (golden) you either get a Cooldown debuff or your Cooldowns being frozen aswell. (Cooldowns on Summenor spell wouldnt be affected).

I would like other opioins on it, and if Riot you test around with the idea of it.
