Anyone else think that you should be able to remake a match even if a player is loaded in and then dc's before 3 minutes? I've lost multiple ranked games due to players needing to leave at the start of the game and were already connected.

likewise if a player reconnects after 30 sec after a remake or is reconnecting when a remake vote happens, the remake shouldnt go thru
