rip hp in runes next season

no matter what mixture of rune trees we pick now we will still have more hp than the 90hp at lvl18 in the new runes. this is going to hurt more for any tank players who went inspiration with their resolve. i hope they make it atleast break past double digits, or let us stack 2 of them because i don't want to lose 45-210 hp at lvl18
