Main issues with the game

I've been scrolling trough boards looking at what is going on, and i noticed 2 things:

1- Client issues 2- DMG issues

1.People cannot log-in, start games, play more than 15 minutes without dc'ing, and many more because of the new clinet. Firslty, i think we all should take the main issue here: The new client, that has been replaced with a launcher. I literally cannot play the game, it goes from 100fps to 5 in no time, and then a little later takes me out of the game at 20+ minutes in. FIXING THE CLIENT SHOULD BE THE MAIN TASK BEFORE BALANCE! You start the game from the client, is the first thing you see when double-tapping the desktop icon! The toxicity starts from the client.

2.DMG is the main concern for people, but in reality isn't that big of a deal. By nerfing, it will bring assassins so low, that will become unplayable, and they are the most hype type of character in the game, complaints won't stop after that! The main issue i notice in everygame, when i die, when i kill, when i survive, when i help my team: is the MOVEMENT SPEED! This stat is beyond broken! Get yourself killed to steal that 1 cloud drake, your mid-laner who happens to play an assassin will get so fucking fed in his laning against a poor Velkoz immobile mage that will end up opening his inhib at 13 minutes. What if you don't steal that cloud? Let the enemy mage have it, you'll never catch him, now that the meta looks like the first item is boots for only god knows what reason. Being unable to catch someone who misspositioned is the entire definition of UNHEALTHY! Only thresh should be allowed to do that (but then his adc would be alone in bot lane, meaning he is doing a play/trade for something)!

We can see that riot is trying to balance the cloud by giving it to everyone, by putting skarner's passive on the map, avaliable for EVERYONE. This is fine, now we just need to move to items: Why are ADC's, the ones that should be always thinking about positioning, getting tons of movespeed from zeal items? How is it fair for you, who went full movespeed runes, or just locked in MasterYi to be outruned by a "IMMOBILE CHAMPION THAT SHOULD BE MOST CONCERNED ABOUT POSITIONING". Why is ghostblade's passive a thing? Why does spellbinder work like that? WHY AM I FORCED TO BUILD MOVEMENT SPEED OVER: TANKY/DAMAGE/POKING stats?

We started good, by COMPLETELY REWORKING CLOUD, let's move on to items now, what you think?
