@Meddler any plan for last whisper ?

With assassin rework, will u add other item for armor penetration ? or will u change Lord Dominik's Regards ? Actualy, if u play any ad melee as Riven or Wukong and u go against a tank... let say Nasus u deal 0 damage even when u build Black cleaver and dominik. Its almost as u heal him. I know its not their primary job to win kill him after 20 min... but to tickle them when u are full ad is so frustating.
