I've been thinking about this for a while, and i decided to put this idea in discussion. What do you guys think about In-Game voice chat? League of Legends is a Strategy Game, and sometimes its hard to comunicate with the team only by writting or pings. I think it could work

I believe that voice chat is a great addition to the game. It gives you the possibility to communicate with your team without breaking the flow of the game. You are still able to use all of your abilities while communicating with your team. Instead of pinging "SS" multiple times on your lane and your teammates still getting killed, because they have no mapawareness, you can tell them over voice chat that they should play safe.
On the other hand though, you have a lot of squakers and flamers that could ruin your game. We have the mute option for that though.

you can communicate just fine without it and it'll just make it harder for toxic ppl to get punished.
futhermore if you mute someone for screaming at you and they then don't ping because they think you can still hear them, then it'll just leave to more problems in terms of "refuseing to communicate with team", such as: is it okay to mute voice chat befor the game begins? and if so do the other players still need to ping / type what they are doing (makeing the whole voice chat system pretty much useless because you can never know who can hear you)?.
i don't find voice chat a good addiction to the game, lol is a game where you need to stay focused and where there are certian sound clues that you need to pay attention to (rift, baron, abilitys, pings, ect) which are easy to miss if ppl are talking over them.
Malfectious2 votesI like the idea of proximity voice chat. There is no reason you should be able to talk to you top lane from the bottom lane. But, you should be able to talk to players around you...on either team. And yes, you will get trolls, but I think that is appropriate. Case in pont...Trundle (lol...he's a troll) his R is that he comes up to you a takes a big f-ing bite out of you. I doubt that is supposed to be pleasant. Also, I would have serious doubts about him being nice about it. He should be fired up cussing and being mean to you...he is a troll king trying to kill you.
