Ults not working? 5.5 glitch?

I recently(like 5 mins ago) played a game and it was horrible because a few people ults didn't work. The most glitched one is 's which went through an enemy champ team and did not explode/do damage. The enemy 's ult also did no effect. And sometimes the minions would just clutter up and not move forward. We joked at the end to report Riot for this lol. I don't know if others have this too but it was a negative experience for both sides.
