Fizz Changes

So was there some need to change fizz? Can someone update me on why they took a perfectly playable champion and nerfed his kit into the ground? Trolling around with the little fishy was one of the last things i enjoyed about this game.

I can only describe his current state as complete and utter garbage. The W change is hilariously useless. lowering base damages and removing his missing hp execute have neutered fizz into bottom tier. I cannot express how disappointing the rework is. I can't see playing fizz, or this game anymore really.

tldr; you rekt fizz, I'm done. Cya guys in the next fun game.
