Ranking System/LPs

**Rito should change the ranking system, people are gonna be forever in bronze/silver if you dont change the ranking system, say like someone gets an S-, S or S+ and still lose a match they should still get some LPs for that because im sick of little noobs holding me back of going gold, plat, diamond or challenger!!!!!!! please change it, i know its a team game but if it truly is a team game then you shouldn't be putting Ranked Solo/Duo queue's...i know im better than bronze and silver but noobies keep holding me back of going further. **

If you are truly better than bronze/silvers then you will climb from that elo. There is a better chance for the enemy team to have bad players than there is on yours if you play better than them. If you changed the lp system to S-, S, or S+, all it will do is it will reward players who only care about KDA and not support people who don't (support comes to mind with this S-, S, S+ system).
