Getting to level 30 one loss at a time

Soo, I dont know what's up with the normal games matchmaking system but for a while now I've been matched with players who are above silver and it is not very fun to lane against a silver 5 or gold 4 as someone who is level 25 and trying to get 30. It's not very fun losing every game due to the fact that my team mates are all unranked, around level 20~ and my opponents are between silver and gold. Even though some of you consider silver/gold quite low, it's no match for players who are unranked and still learning the game. I would understand if it would put me with ranked players on my team to make it somewhat fair whenever there is an enemy that is ranked too but it's hardly ever like that. I dont know maybe I'm just unlucky? But then again I still dont understand why players who are unranked and below 30 are matched with ranked players....
