Ranked team elo

Hi everyone, I have something I'd like to share because it gets me pretty mad and I don't understand why such things happens. Each time I play in ranked team I get destroyed by a team with a bigger elo than mine. I'm silver 4 and most of the people with who I play with in ranked team are lower than me. I began league like 4 month ago and I like the game but I hate feeding and being like 0/10/0. When I go on ranked team I'm playing mostly against people that are plat 4 gold, and in their team they have like one unranked (that smurfs most probably) which makes it ok for them to destroy a silver/bronze team. That is pretty annoying. The other team is like "chill out men" but how the hell can I have fun when I'm getting completly destroyed by someone who obviously began playing way before me. I don't know if it's normal but I can assure you that no one has fun when things like that happens. I don't want to do other games in ranked team because I know I'll just get my stats on a champion destroyed. I imagine that there is other people like me that think the same thing. Why can't we get ranked with people of our Elo? I'm waiting your thought on this
