Sooo...about those Chromas IP sale.

So August last year, Riot released Chromas 1.1 and put them on sale for IP, which I LOVED, it gave me (someone who owns 15+ rune pages and every champ) something to spend my hard heard IP on that has always felt a bit lackluster. In the post they made about the Chromas they said "New chromas are launching every month, and they’ll be eligible for an IP sale after being out for more than five months. Get in on these bi-annual IP sales and own the full spectrum for your favorite skin at 2000 IP per chroma." Stating they would be bi-annual (for all you -brained, that's twice every year) in August, that would mean they would be going back on IP sale in February. Weeellllll.....its March now which prompts me to ask the question, where are the IP Chromas!? Thank you for your time!
