riot report system

tfw you're playing vi and you get a bard who holds his ult until you use yours so you essentially run into their team and die because now you're stuck in ult animation in the middle of 5, and then riot says "just mute him and keep playing to win". does anyone know how to mute griefing? is there an option to turn off a troll? cause it would really help to know that
