An option for Jarvan IV's E cast

I'd like an option to revert the way J4 casts his E. I hate that it's confined to the radius in which he can land his E Q combo and would like an option to revert it to the original way it was cast where you could cast from anywhere and he would walk and throw it to that location. It made his gameplay feel more fluid and easier to scout brush. An option to revert it would be nice.
