I feel like sylas can dominate a lane with more ease than Neeko. And has more safety especially for mid, because you can dodge ganks more often and with less effort.

You can try Klepto sylas too for a Voyboy spin ;)

Oh no she's fun to play (if a bit difficult), but extremely annoying to play against.

And this is just touching gameplay-wise. Her character and lore is abysmal.

Sylus has a higher skill cap and is probably more rewarding when mastered. Neeko is a lot easyer to play and brings consistant power to teamfights with her kit. Good R and Good E are potential game changers and less risky then Sylus,

Sy has that battle mage vibe. Neeko is more of a traditional mage.

Pick the one that has a playstyle that appeals to you and/or matches your level of skill.
