Okay so Talon has ranged attacks can disappear as long as he wants then blast you with his ult once he appears. He can teleport behind you slowing you and damaging you then bleed you with basic attacks. His attack damage is phenomenal. After he got level 4 my whole team couldn't do anything against him. NERF HIM PLEASE!

You're level 14, and the Talon you played against was likely smurfing. He could have played ANY champion and done the same thing.
