Need advice on Bronze elo
How do I deal with teammate who go in 1 v 5 and start blaming team and spamming ping non stop at the team while they are dead.

You try to reason with them calmly and respectfully, and if they aren't willing to improve their attitude and cool down so they can focus on the game, you can only mute them and try to play around his mistakes (i.e. don't follow his bad engages, if he's being reckless up top, go bot).
If they continue their negative behavior don't forget to report them, but don't contribute to it in any way, and don't try to get others to mass report him (as that is harassment and can be punished itself).
FF and hope the enemy team gets idiots like that the next time around. Only exception is B4 and B5 games. That level of Bronze is only slightly better than our current intermediate bots and I'm not kidding either. Doesn't matter how bad your team is at that level, it's possible to carry.
Mute and move on. Every time has them not just yours.
