Give Shyvana's Q A Slow

Her lack of cc outside her ultimate is a key part of her design. Its not whats holding her back, its just the meta right now and her ultimate. If she was immune to CC during flight and briefly stunned enemies she directly landed on, she'd be a lot stronger. She can stay relevant with her still-excellent top-lane dueling potential and ability to farm like nobody's business. Her teamfight is good, the problem arises when your team has no good way to engage. Shyvana, as a tank, needs a good way to start a fight, and if you just get zyra snared before you even get close, you can't do that.

It should also last 1 or 1.5 seconds

Giving Shy a slow on her Q or E really wouldn't be the way to go.

If anything, she needs the Unstoppable quality on her Ult's dash and maybe improved CC on it. I've always been partial to the idea of making it a Fear.

As much as i love the idea of shyvana buffs. I don't think this one makes sense. Ult immune to cc while leaping is where I'm at too

I would say making her ult unstoppable (cc immune, similar to a Malphite ult) would be a better solution to her current situation. Any stun, knock up, snare, or knock aside can stop her while ulting which makes her engage very weak now that most comps are based off of hard cc. Although a slow would be fine on her e, I feel it is unnecessary and doesn't make sense thematically.
