Balancing opinions

For me, I'm a top lane main, I hate the role of juggernauts. darius and garen being main examples have disgusting damage speed and health, which should never be combined. When you picture a juggernaut you would think something like nautilus right? slow moving a giant with a giant weapon. I'm not saying that a high powered tank is a bad idea just make it where they cant chase as easily ( garen should not be able to catch a hyper gnar atleast) and teemo also has way too much movement speed to be balanced. his poison can take half of a tanks health ( there was a game that i played aatrox i got hit by a blinding dart and two autos and i was left with a qaurter health) his w speed needs to be nerfed and his poison scaling has always needed a nerf. I think illaoi is a good example of a juggernaut, extremely high power but sluggish and easy to avoid. If you are dumb enough to fight her head on, you are definitley dead. I love aatrox and gnar because they interest me with the whole aatrox was hurt in the iccathian war and now he wants to end everything, and gnar is just a prehistoric fuzzball that is lost in time and has some terrible anger issues like me when i play league. Feel free to share your balancing opinions too, i hate feeling like im built to lose lane because someone is built to win lane. so if we can lets try to make riot hear us and get some real buffs and nerfs in patches.
