I have a good idea to balance a problem of bottom at 1lv jg

Hello,I am first time to discuss at this website,my english not very well,please excused me. I think that is easy to solve the problem of bottom at 1lv jg, It just need to buff jungle Attack Damage for who don't buy the jungle knife at 1-4lv

Where actually talking about solutions along those lines over in this thread, feel free to take a look. It's a little more complicated than just buff the damage though, imo.
