Getting gold was as easy as everyone says it is.

Everyone always gives tips to get to gold and I always thought they were BS. I was stuck in silver all last season. I would tilt and drop from Silver 1 to Silver 4. But, honestly they were right. Narrow your champion pool. Play champions you are good/experienced at. Being comfortable with a champion allows you to pay better attention to the map and the game. (The biggest thing I have improved on.) The biggest thing for me was if you have problems with tilting just MUTE everyone or at least the toxic players. Playing a game when you're not affected by someone's criticism or negativity is like night and day. If someone's words get to you, you will be thinking about the things they said and if they continue being negative it will only get worse. Sorry, for the cliche post but when I started playing this game 2 years ago the only goal I set for myself was getting gold. All the ragers that told me I was trash and would never get gold, F U. I may be trash but at least I'm now gold trash.
