Why hasn't champions like Riven and Vayne been nerfed yet?

Do I really have to explain myself.

Riven Riven has two escapes/engages that deal AOE damage, a shield that has an AD ratio, a short stun, and a massive ult that deals more damage the less health the target has.

Vayne And Vayne. Who has a tumble that somehow makes her deal more damage, and has less cooldown than the average Tumblr user. She has true damage that deals precentage of target's HP and an ult that gives her more free damage, movementspeed and boosts her passive and Q.

Playing these champions as a main also makes me automatically think you're incapable of playing any other champion, because I'm an asshole. That is all.

by the sounds of it you wouldnt be facing any good riven or vaynes in the first place since its low elo so it wouldnt effect you if they were op (which they aren't they are actually worse in low elo) the more you know.

I get that it's hard to balance a champion, and that removing a ratio or changing an ability can change the champion completely but it seems like with champions like Riven and Vayne (Though it isn't limited to those two) they didn't think them completely through. Other than being bad they aren't really easy to counter unless you get specific champions, items or abilities.

Here's one problem with your argument I think riven is one of the most nerfed champions in the game, yeah she is still strong but literally every one of her abilities have been nerfed since her release and you act like oh she hasn't been nerfed yet.

Doesn't that just mean that her kit is problematic and needs changing?

She isn't really that strong though picking tanky cc teams make is so she can't teamfight at all or snowball she is a good pick but irelia is probably stronger at most stages of the game.

I think they just need to remove Vayne's stun and how it applies a stack of her W passive from her Condem. It lets her have way too strong of an early game.

Well, tehnicaly, Riven was nerfed. Her E was nerfed hard, and Q lost quite a bit of early damage. But what makes her broken is passive. And fact that people somehow realized that they should build CDR on her

Vayne... Good vayne will wreck whole team alone. Bad one will be useless. So, it's just high skill, high reward champ

I'm not that good at Vayne, though I main ADC, yeah she's not a "high skill, high reward" champ unless I'm secretly the next Gosu, Vayne is probably one of the easier ADCs to actually play in my opinion. Q to dodge stuff, W to do way too much damage, E to stun someone for simply existing by a wall, Ult to look cool.

Well, I'm not very good at ADC (around averge), so maybe that's why she seems hard for me. But something I noticed, everyone says W deals too much DMG. At max lvl it deals 60+8% max HP as true DMG, right? So let's say you shoot at tank with 4000 HP. thats 60+320=380 true DMG. Averge ~110 true DMG per basic. Yeah it's nice amount, but I wouldn't say too much dmg. But I do think her Q shouldn't give that much DMG to next attack. 50% bonus DMG on ADC is just too much for 2 sec cooldown ability that also gives mobility and invisibility (with ult)

her ult and movement speed were also nerfed recently I think around 5.6

well Riven is one nerf from being worthless to be honest i do agree that vayne does need some toning down though since even though she is weak early game her weakness are not as clear for more people and honestly me

If you think Riven is strong, wait till you see these 4 reworked champions hit live with the new items.
