RIOT HELP ME! Hacked/Stolen account

I submitted two tickets on 10/22/18 about my account being hacked/stolen. I have not heard anything back from riot and I can not find any contact information for riot support team. I am hoping that someone will actually receive and read this. I am extremely frustrated that I have not been able to recover my account for weeks. Please help me!

I think you may be able to retrieve a stolen account if you have it tied with your email. Not entirely sure of the process but a quick google search should do the trick.

Who ever stole my account switched the email because it is not tied to the same email anymore.
